Yes, all of our property managers are licensed real estate agents.
We have an on-call maintenance team to handle maintenance emergencies after hours, on weekends and holidays.
Owners may have a copy of the lease for their records. As your agent, we sign the lease for you.
The funds are deposited into the owners account on or about the 21st of each month. Monthly statements are posted on our website and available to owners 24/7.
Our preferred method of rent collections is through our online payment portal. We do also accept checks, cashier’s check or money orders.
Typically, we sign one year leases.
For most of our rentals, we charge equal to one month’s rent as a refundable security deposit.
