Anne currently serves on the Board for A New Leaf, an organization that provides a broad spectrum of support services to help individuals and families succeed. She has been an active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) since 1997. Volunteering on the local chapter and national committee level for NARPM for the past 10 years, most recently serving as the Member Services Chairperson on the National level. She loves singing with her Sweet Adelines Chorus and is very proud to have been asked to lead the National Anthem in front of an audience of 1000 people. This globe trotters most recent trip was to France, which was a lifelong dream trip.  Going to the top of the Eiffel Tower was an amazing experience she had the opportunity to share with friends.

Mike oversees all the accounting and data entry staff. He is also responsible for maintaining the phone system, computer server, office network and workstations. He was the local NARPM chapter treasurer 2005 – 2009 and the Phoenix Chapter president for 2010. He achieved the NARPM RMP designation in 2008, the MPM designation in 2011, and was instrumental in BPM becoming Arizona’s first CRMC recognized company. He became a NARPM certified instructor in 2012 and teaches accounting classes throughout Arizona and to other NARPM chapters. His biggest pride is raising two healthy well-adjusted children. He loves to travel and his most favorite experience so far has been his birthday trip to Italy where he took cooking classes, que bella!.

Sarah started working with our family 2002 in our accounting team. Fast forward 5 years later and she became a Property Manager. Born and raised in Arizona, 2nd generation Arizonian. You can catch her supporting her kids at sporting events, playing volleyball, softball and most importantly hanging out with family and friends.

Terry came to Arizona straight from Los Angeles, California back in 1997 and never turned back. Raising 2 young men, preparing them to contribute their share of love in this world. Terry has a passion for water sports, from having her Scuba Diving Certification in Open Waters, joined a Chinese Dragon Boat racing team to most recently training for Hawaiian Outrigger canoe paddling. If you need a good laugh, you just need Terry in your life.

Susan is our Italian friend and potluck enforcer. Mother of 2 sons, she is proud to have been able to put them both through college with their Masters debt-free. Favorite pastime is getting her blood flowing at the gym and cooks a mean lemon cheesecake.
