A: Yes, all of our property managers are licensed real estate agents. We also have 5 associate brokers in our office.

Q: Can I reach you after hours?
A: We have a night and weekend maintenance service available through SuperTenders.

Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: Owners may have a copy of the lease for their records. As your agent, we sign the lease for you.

Q: Do you sell real estate too?
A: If you need help with the sale/purchase of a home, we have a sister company, Frank Bennett Realty, who does sales.

Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: The funds are deposited into the owners account on or about the 21st of each month. Monthly statements are posted on our website and available to owners 24/7.

Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: Our preferred method of rent collections is through our online payment portal. We do also accept checks, cashier’s check or money orders.

Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: Typically, we sign one year leases.

Q: How much security deposit do you charge the resident?
A: For most of our rentals, we charge equal to one month’s rent as a refundable security deposit.

Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: Immediately!

Q: What type of properties do you manage?
A: All types of residential properties including single family homes, townhomes, condos, duplexes, four plexes and small apartment communities.

Q: Who holds the resident security deposit?
A: We hold the security deposit.
